Return window
Returns can be requested within 7 calendar days after receiving the item. Contact us within this period for return instructions. This window does not reduce rights required by applicable law.
Return condition
For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused by you, uninstalled, complete, and in the condition received, with included accessories and original packaging when available. For open-box or used products, eligibility is assessed against the condition disclosed at purchase. A product being open-box or used does not by itself eliminate remedies for an undisclosed defect or incorrect item.
Parts and compatibility
Before ordering a part, check your complete appliance model number, connector, and mounting details. Keep the packaging until compatibility is confirmed. Installed or altered parts may be ineligible for a change-of-mind return, but this restriction does not automatically bar a claim for a defective or incorrectly supplied part.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly and before attempting further use if an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include the order number, model or part number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will review an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, or refund as applicable. Do not arrange a repair at our expense without authorization.
How to request a return

Do not ship merchandise to the registered business address without confirmation. Return authorization helps route your item and is not a waiver of legal rights.
Return shipping and service charges
We will cover reasonable return shipping for an item we supplied incorrectly or for a verified issue attributable to us. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping or an agreed pickup fee. Delivery and completed installation services are normally nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law or where the service was not provided as agreed. Any restocking fee or final-sale exception must be clearly disclosed before purchase; this draft does not establish a restocking fee.
Inspection and refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Any shorter legally required refund deadline controls. Contact us if a refund has not arrived after the processing period.
Cancellations and special orders
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. Orders that have shipped may need to follow the return process. A special-order or final-sale restriction applies only if it was clearly disclosed before purchase and is lawful. We do not use these restrictions to deny a legally required remedy.
Warranty coverage
Appliances include a 30-day limited store warranty. A 1-year manufacturer warranty applies only where provided by the manufacturer for the specific item. Contact us for the applicable coverage and claim instructions.
